Fundraising Days are held Monday–Thursday from 3:00 PM–10:00 PM.
Broken Bow Brewery will donate 10% of eligible food sales generated during the approved Fundraising Day.
Eligible sales are calculated before tax and gratuity and after discounts, comps and refunds.
Alcohol, merchandise, gift cards and to-go purchases are not included in fundraising totals.
The organization is responsible for promoting its Fundraising Day and providing any promotional materials.
Promotional materials may only be displayed in locations approved by Broken Bow Brewery.
Organizations may not solicit guests throughout the brewery or approach guests at their tables without prior approval.
If requested and available, The Brewer's Reserve may be provided for up to two complimentary hours as a gathering space. It is not a private rental.
Broken Bow Brewery remains open to the public during Fundraising Days.
Dates, gathering space and promotional materials are subject to final approval.
Fundraising proceeds will be issued within 14 business days and made payable to the approved organization.
Broken Bow Brewery may request documentation verifying the organization or its tax status before payment is issued.
